• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
• Perfumes and fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we will replace the product with the same item, provided it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
